What EA Framework Do You Use?

Serge Thorn posted a poll on LinkedIn for companies to chime in on what EA frameworks they use. For those of you that use one of the major frameworks you should definitely enter it into the poll. The results benefit us all. So far there are 136 responses (as of today) with TOGAF in the lead with 61% and Zachman at 18%. So far it's a pretty big gap.
